ABSI had adapted the concept of Value Engineering to provide the best quality and value for their client. The Value Engineering (VE) systems provided by the team give clients the necessary tools to produce the most efficient project in terms of design and cost. VE is not a science, but a process, the purpose of which is to get the most project for the money in the project budget, not just in terms of initial cost, but also in terms of lifecycle cost (Initial +operating +periodic replacement cost).

Too often, VE is used just for reducing the costs of a project that has run over budget but actually, VE makes a design more effective by locating waste and submitting cost effective options.
